customers resources , technical experience, marketing channels. So far through
forging Corporation management decided to implement the expansion through
the introduction of private equity financing. In this paper, combined with the
company through the literature to find the actual design for the company's
private equity financing and private equity financing indicates that there may be
risks involved in its control.
